All content within the STOCKLAB.COM website is the exclusive property of STOCKLAB.COM, with the exclusion of newsletters posted by STOCKLAB.COM staff with permission of the authors. I understand that STOCKLAB.COM, from time to time and in its sole discretion, may change the fees it charges for any of its individual profiles, articles or other items, or any particular package thereof. This right shall specifically include STOCKLAB.COM's right to raise the subscription prices of all or certain of such items, or to lower such prices at its sole discretion.

I understand that at any time and for any reason or for no reason, and at its absolute and sole discretion, STOCKLAB.COM may terminate all of the services offered by it to STOCKLAB.COM Insiders. If such event is to occur, STOCKLAB.COM must first first refund: (i) for one-month-only Subscribers, the then-current month's subscription fee; or (ii) for then-current subscribers for a term of longer than one month, the pro-rated amount paid by each Insider subscriber for the then-current subscription period (i.e., if we terminate six months in to the year, and you paid $250 for the year six months ago, we give you back $125).

AT THE TERMINATION OF YOUR CURRENT BILLING PERIOD, WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BILL YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR A SUCCESSIVE BILLING PERIOD OF EQUAL LENGTH UNLESS AND UNTIL YOU AFFIRMATIVELY INSTRUCT US TO DO OTHERWISE BY SENDING AN EMAIL TO THAT EFFECT TO STOCKLAB@YAHOO.COM. YOU MAY TERMINATE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO STOCKLAB.COM INSIDER AT ANY TIME SUBJECT TO THE RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS FOUND ELSEWHERE ON THIS WEBSITE, AND ANY TERMINATION OR CHANGE IN SUBSCRIPTION WILL BE PROCESSED IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT THEREOF.
